If you are one of those travelers that likes to stay close to home, we have you covered. Onsite we have free bicycle rentals that you can take up and down the peninsula. Check out our suggested bike tour here. If you like to be on the water, you will have access to our kayaks. You can kayak up and down the coast, or if you prefer to explore the mangroves, the lagoon is just across the street.
For those who really like to relax we have rafts that you can use both in the pool and sea. If you’ve brought your own travel fishing pole, you will happy to know that you can fish right off our dock.
Across the street along the lagoon is a great place to bird watch. Flying from tree to tree you will see a variety of colorful birds such as parakeets and parrots. While your there, why not try to spot a manatee or two?
“Belize is so much more than beautiful beaches. Belize boasts the second largest barrier reef in the world, ancient Mayan sites, jungles and wildlife reserves. There’s no shortage of adventure options, but we have a few recommendations. Go SCUBA diving or snorkeling along the reef. Visit an island beach bar for the day. Try your luck fly fishing or deep sea fishing. Explore the ancient culture of Belize. Get your adrenaline pumping zip lining and waterfall rappelling. You’ll want to do it all! ” – (Muy ‘Uno)
